Reclamation is a Task handed to the player by Handshake in Gray Zone Warfare, although, Lab Rat will make you a counter offer to hand her the Task's item under the Task name Covert Research. Meaning you not only have a task to complete but a choice to make, too.

The Fortified Hideout is located on the outskirts of town between Town Hall and Motel. You'll need to check your Factions exact coordinates above to find where it is in your starting town.
The Fortified Hideout is one of the more guarded locations in the starting town, with multiple enemy AI pacing around the grounds and inside the building itself. Clear the area and head inside the large house.
Follow the red graffiti and head upstairs. You'll be met with multiple rooms to enter. The quest item is found in the room to the immediate left as you go up the stairs.
You'll see a large Metal Container on the floor in the corner of the room. Pick it up, but be warned that this item weighs 30kg and will consume 9 slots in your inventory. It is a beast.
Take the Metal Container back to the Base Camp and make your choice. Handshake or Lab Rat? Personally we chose Handshake as he offered better rewards in our opinion. Lab Rat offers a bunch of medical supplies, but these are easily bought for low prices from her anyway.
You have now completed Reclamation or Covert Research.
