City Hall Locked Space Location Guide

It is pretty difficult to miss City Hall, it is an absolutely monster building just South of Town Centre as you head towards Beach Club. It is marked on the map as a special location. There are multiple ways into the building. It is almost always guarded by AI and players are often spotted in and around the area so approach with caution.
