The Aquarium can be located at Vondel Zoo. It is the largest building in the centre of the Zoo, there are multiple entrances to this building but it is classed as a Denied Area so contains tough AI Bots. It is stacked with Orange Loot Caches.
The Veterinarian locked space is also located close by just to the South West of the Aquarium.
