NEW Verdansk Easter Eggs Discovered! (Warzone Season 03 Reloaded)

With the Warzone Season 03 Reloaded update, Call of Duty has added a bunch of brand new Easter Eggs to Verdansk to be discovered by players. They include a return of the Rebirth Island Biometric Scanner, Ashika Island and Fortune's Keep references, floating doors, and more.

Sadly, none of these Easter Eggs come with any form of reward but they are still a fun little thing to do and show your mates. You'll score some pretty decent in-game loot for doing these too like Legendary weapons, cash, and scorestreaks.

NEW Verdansk Easter Eggs Discovered!

Locked Door at Storage Town

The first easter egg is the locked door at storage town. It requires a key to access it which can be found outside of the map in the northeast of Verdansk. You need to run out of bounds to collect the key.

Once you have it head over to Storage Town. Close to the buy station you’ll find a door that’s locked. Use the key to unlock it and you’ll get some loot and be able to read a note that says, ‘I will not die a traitor”. Be warned that this room is booby trapped with explosives.

Opening the Bank Vault

The next Easter Egg lets you open the bank vault in downtown. You’ll need to search each floor of the bank for a Biometric Scanner, like the ones found on Rebirth Island. Once you find it, interact with it and it’ll drop a Hardware Gift Card key.

Take this Key Card to a buy station and use it to redeem the Hardware Gift Card Special Item, this is a diamond bit drill. Pick up the drill bit and head back to the bank, go down to the vault door and interact with it to start the drilling process. The alarm goes off which alerts all nearby players, and the drill starts cutting into the vault. This takes about 10 to 15 seconds so just stand guard. The door will pop open, and you’ll be able to grab some cash.

Locked Doors across Verdansk

Next, we have the locked doors across the eastern side of Verdansk. These were featured in the map back in 2020, but they’ve returned with new codes. You’ll find various bits of loot within these rooms like loot caches and cash.

You’ll find one of these locked rooms near TV Station, another in Farmlands in the large building, and one is small shack near prison. Each has its own code to access it. Obviously other players can access these within a match so you might not also be able to grab the loot.

Fortune's Keep Reference

Next up we have a Fortunes Keep reference that is a nod to the Wine Easter Egg. You can interact with a bottle of wine in a house in Gora Village and it’ll drop a small amount of loot. The note next to it reads “this shelve will need to be filled with bottles otherwise it will be too easy to discover the secret lever, and I want to Keep my Fortune.”

Nuking of Verdansk

Now let’s move on to the nuking of Verdansk. With the Season 03 Reloaded update they’ve added a note to the Nuke casing found near Stadium that reads “don’t forget to tighten the screws! Otherwise, the missile might not detonate, resulting in a catastrophic non-explosion that won’t be the end of Verdansk. And it’s signed by Mr L who is a supervisor. So that solves that mystery, the Nuke never went off. It was all a dream.

Graveyard Statue

Moving on we have an Easter Egg at the Graveyard near Superstore. There is a statue in the Graveyard that can be interacted with. If you interact with it states that something is missing. This is a shovel called the Lost Lion Cub. This item will randomly spawn around the Stadium, so you’ll need to search the area and then bring it back to the Graveyard and dig at the base of the statue for some extra loot.

Ashika Island Reference

Next up we have an Ashika Island Easter Egg reference. Along the coastline of Verdansk you’ll be able to find and collect a Sea Treasures Token, these were originally found in Ashika and could be redeem at special Token machines to get bonus loot. Once you’ve found a token along the coastline take it to the gas station in Promenade East, you’ll find one of these machines inside the actual gas station. Put the token into the machine and it’ll give you legendary loot.
