WARZONE 2.0: BEST GUNS TO LEVEL NOW BEFORE WARZONE 2.0 COMES OUT

Here is a list of all the weapons you should level before Warzone 2.0 and DMZ launches on November 16th.

Warzone 2.0 Loadouts

Warzone 2.0 and DMZ launch on 16 November. It was confirmed yesterday that Loadouts would be returning in WZ 2.0 so it's more important than ever that you level up some weapons ready to jump in.

Firstly, if you have the time we highly recommend you level absolutely every weapon in the game. At this stage we aren't sure which weapons are going to be the meta but from Modern Warfare II's selection we have some strong contenders. So why level everything? Well, the answer is simple. Attachments. Each weapon will give you a different batch of attachments to unlock.

Standout Weapons

As we previously stated, it is impossible to know what the meta will be going into Warzone 2.0. There are some strong contenders in the MWII arsenal but it's unclear if they will handle the same when Warzone II arrives.

SMG's - Close Range

  • Vaznez-9K

  • Lachmann Sub (MP5)

  • Fennec 45

Assault Rifles - Medium to Long Range

  • Kastov 762

  • M4

  • STB 556

  • Kastov-74u

LMG's - Medium to Long Range

  • HCR 56

  • RAAL MG

  • RAPP H

Sniper Rifles - Long Range

  • SP-X 80

  • MCPR-300

How to Level Fast

Time is running out to level these weapons for Warzone 2.0. Invasion is always a good mode to level weapons as you get free bot kills. Kill Confirmed is another mode that we recommend as collected tag XP will count towards your weapon level.

Using Double Weapon XP tokens is the fastest way to level up guns - you can get 10 hours of DW-XP tokens by upgrading to the Vault Edition of the game if you haven't already, promotional packs of Mountain Dew and by purchasing the 'Patriots Pack' in the in-game store.

Patches, Nerfs and Buffs

As we have said, we just don't know which guns will be the ultimate meta until Warzone launches but these are the best guns to ensure you have leveled as it stands. All of these weapons perform well in multiplayer and they are likely to perform well in Warzone and DMZ too.

Patches, nerfs and buffs are likely coming with the Warzone update so be sure to check back here for the latest meta builds, news and guides.
