This week, some fairly substantial leaks has surfaced from multiple sources on twitter that gives players an inside look at the upcoming Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III title. We have known for some time now that a sequel to 2022's MWII was expected but we now have more details to share.

We know for sure now that the next Call of Duty title is called Modern Warfare III after Activision Blizzard sent out DMCA's to leakers that states the content they were leaking was indeed connected to the 2023 game.
Players will be relieved to know that the Classic Minimap, with red dots for enemy players is returning alongside reload cancel and the Ninja perk. New perk categories referred to as 'Tactical Gear' are coming but this doesn't seem like much of a change other than by name at the moment.
If you played Call of Duty: World War II you may remember the War mode. It was large scale battles where players battled over territory, building or destroying fortifications, planting or defusing bombs etc.
Zombies mode will also return for the first time ever in a Modern Warfare game in the form of Outbreak 2.0. It is unclear what changes have been made to the mode first seen in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War but it could borrow inspiration from DMZ.
