Last week, Call of Duty suffered one of the biggest leak dumps in its history with the title and details about the upcoming COD game. Allegedly called Modern Warfare III, is a direct sequel to Modern Warfare II, the most recent franchise entry. You can find more about the leaks here.

A more unsung leak seems to be some type of collaboration between Call of Duty and Fortnite. Yes, that is exactly what we said, a collaboration between the two Battle Royale titans in the gaming industry.

There is very little evidence to back this one up, in fact it is a handful of tweets from smaller accounts. That being said, is it such a impossible thing to imagine?

Fortnite is famous for collaborating with, well, everything. From Star Wars to Avengers, The Witcher to Halo. There isn't much the hugely successful game hasn't partnered up with at some point. Call of Duty may very well be next.

It is important to remember that Activision Blizzard and Epic Game share one common interest - their love of money. An event of this magnitude would certainly get the attention of most gamers around the world.

What would a Warzone x Fortnite collab look like? Well, the obvious answer would be sharing of Operators/Characters. We could see Ghost, Captain Price, Farah and Gaz in Fortnite packs and Fortnite Characters as purchasable Operator Bundles complete with Weapon Blueprints in Call of Duty.

There is virtually zero evidence that this is going to happen and this isn't the first time the two giants have been linked to one another. That being said, we can't help but think it is something that could and should happen at some point.
