Call of Duty's Modern Warfare III is the COD game of 2023. It is a direct sequel to Infinity Wards Modern Warfare series but development is being led by Sledgehammer Games. MWIII is expected to be revealed in August, but fairly substantial leaks have already begun from one Twitter user.

Ninja Perk returning.
Minimap Red Dots returning.
War Mode from Call of Duty: WWII returns.
Perk categorized as 'Tactical Gear' such as Helmet, Vest, Boots etc.
UI similar to current Modern Warfare II UI.
The Ninja Perk has been missing in the most recent Call of Duty games. Ninja allows players to have quieter movement sound. This perk has been highly requested since its disappearance. As is Red Dot's on the Minimap, that is also set to return.
Sledgehammer Games first released 'War Mode' on Call of Duty: WWII. This narrative driven, objective based mode saw two large teams battle it out of the course of several stages. Teams had to either attack or defend, pushing the enemy lines back and forth. Fortifications could be constructed or destroyed depending on the side you were on.
Perk Categorization seems to be receiving a change. It will now be branded like Tactical Gear. Perks will be categorized as Helmets, Vests, Boots etc. For what reason, we don't know.
Player who don't like Modern Warfare II probably aren't going to like Modern Warfare III. It is a direct sequel in almost every sense of the word. It is reported that even the UI is extremely similar.
