Call of Duty developer Sledgehammer Games has updated it's X (formerly Twitter) profile details in preparation for the reveal of Modern Warfare III. Leaks have been flowing this week with the latest being a 'Monster Energy' promotional pack revealing the name, characters and logo for the upcoming COD Game.
As you can see they have a new banner, with the crimson red III instead of an e, a new profile picture, a new bio and they have unfollowed every non-official Call of Duty account. The reveal is expected very soon.
Call of Duty stated that more details can be expected in the Season 05 Announcement that usually arrives 7 days before the season begins, that places it on July 26. That being said it could come later in the week but either way it is not long now.
An in-game event is expected for the full reveal of Modern Warfare III as seen in previous iterations of Warzone with Cold War and Vanguard. Rumours currently suggest this in-game reveal will actually take place in DMZ, rather than its Battle Royale big brother.
